My neighbor helped name him Hank. This is Hank and his robot dog.

While designing a character for my flatbook i looked at the evolution of this character, from a slightly still too detailed drawing at first, to the last one

Once I had hit the stage at the far right of the row, I felt he was too static and boring so I spiced him up and gave him a personality, as well as still subtle changes to the design.

It’s interesting to see it all put in a row.

Natasha’s pet sea monster. He doesn’t have a name but he’s just as deadly on land as he is under the seven seas. One heck of a battle mount if you ask me.

For the assignment the style could be cartoony or realistic, and I chose to lean a little more realistically. We also had to choose only up to 3 actual intimidating sea creatures from a list the class compiled. In the end the main ones evident here were Crab, Angler Fish, and a Moray Eel. His color scheme is from a certain kind of octopus which is escaping me at the moment, but it had almost florescent blue ring patterns which i loved.

From a project last year, i found it and still enjoyed it alot and I must have forgotten to put it here.

The assignment was to make a zombie pirate girl that is a villain, maybe even a little sexy and in a cartoony style.

I present Natasha Gangrene!

aaaaaaand done! a new illustration for my flatbook for graduation. took alot longer than planned but i’m pleased with it!

Lunette the werewolf girl scared of all things spooky and macabre. Ironic yes.

wip of that illustration for my flatbook! well on its way to being done

She finally has a name after 7 months!

Lunette, the werewolf who is scared of all things spooky and macabre.

This is going to be an illustration for my flat book~ Girl if you so spooked stop wandering crawlie infested caverns.

Final for mythology class was to make something in any medium of any figure in mythology.

I’m partial to Medusa so I whipped this up in roughly 2 hours.

Day 3: Slime girl

this was difficult, i haven’t ever drawn anything slimy or the such but i think i got the effect down without having her look just like a blob.

She likes visiting parks and loves cute dresses. Don’t assume things she keeps tidy after herself she’s not messy thank you very much.

Day 2: Centaur

Technically the next day so…

She’s a snobby girl who drinks tea alot but don’t try to tell her about the spots on her butt she’s actually self conscious.

I found a 30 Day Monster girl challenge

I might draw more than one in one day because i like monsters

Day 1: Harpy

She’s not always mad she just has eagle eyes so she looks angry 24/7

WHO YOU CALLIN’ A MONSTER!?

A quick illustration of Cerberus for a Mythology class project. Gonna print and cut him out and turn him into a magnet!

A short demo reel showcasing the best 3D animation work I have done so far.

The 3D commercial at the beginning was entirely done by me, the rest were rigs given and I simply animated.

So I’ve come across this “Monster girl/boy” generator that comes up with an interesting combination for a character, so I decided as a fun exercise to limit myself to 10 or so or even less minutes to actually sketch the characters. These were the options randomly generated for me:

  1. Smooth-Talking deer boy who wears armor and wants Parsnip
  2. Xenophobic minotaur boy who wears hipster fashion and loves Riddle
  3. Long medusa girl who wears hipster glasses and likes Germany

An interesting exercise, I’ll do it again
